Detergents & dogs...

Did you know that most detergents are wholly toxic to dogs? The only thing more caustic to their systems would be the dryer sheet...which frankly defies Geneva Convention protocol/s (in my thinking) (& which veterinarian's admit, are dangerous to dogs).

For nearly 3 decades I have used & adored the French laundry soaps from La Bouquetiere & her proprietor Mario Salas, of magical San Francisco. I cannot adequately convey how great it has felt to launder my sumptuous linen sheets, wild silks, cashmere, denim & dog bedding alike in La Bouquetiere. Mario founded & formulated every gorgeous concoction at his wondrous shop...he was there daily...& she was his baby.

All grand & glorious things must end & thus, we say goodbye to La Bouquetiere.  But not to Mario (what will you do next, pray tell?)! XOXOXO!!!

What will WE do now? Well, hell... we love Zum (they also support women's causes that we support in relation to boobs & hooha's) & we like Rebel Green neither remotely compare to La Bouquetiere. But, these will have to do...which brings me to my final point...whatever we launder our clothing in, the same goes for our dog's bedding...we don't compromise! We love Mother Nature & all of her inhabitants equally. We also love you Mario!!!!! Thank you...I hope your next endeavors thrill you.
