​In short, Jacinta is: MDR1 clear; DM clear; PRA Rod-cone Dysplasia 2 clear; CEA +/-....
to continue the quest towards breeding healthful Collies, she should be bred to a CEA clear Collie...she will then whelp puppies whom are either CEA clear or CEA carriers...a carrier CANNOT exhibit CEA...as a carrier has only 1 copy of the CEA variant...2 copies are needed to have CEA. As 1 copy is inherited from each parent, CEA is easily nullified with insightful/judicious breeding.
